Scan your documents and put them on CD-ROM
We could scan some important documents or entire archive for you, and we will stock it on a CD. Practical, non expensive and clever approach for everyone who wants profit from the modern technology.

The popularity and availability of CD-ROMs has made it possible to reduce the high cost associated with duplication and distribution of paper documents. As an added benefit these documents can be electronically indexed so that clicking on a reference will take you immediately to that part of the document. Optical Character Recognition can also be applied, depending on the quality of the original document, to make the document full text searchable.

Capabilities

Document Scanning
We will scan your paper documents and convert them to electronic form. If the document is already in electronic form, i.e. MS Word format, etc., we can convert the format into the Adobe PDF, Portable Document Format. Indexing.

We can develop an electronic table of contents and internal document hypertext links.

CD-ROM Creation
We create industry standard CD-ROMs, typically 650mb, 74 minute CDs. The CD is self contained and includes the software required to read the document contents on the CD.
